Install instructions

For Mac, use the Terminal with "chmod +x <enter cookie-builder-location here>" to give the rights to be able to open it. Then move to "System Settings" and under "Privacy & Security" in the area "Security" click on CookieBuilder mac.app, "Open Anyway".
